BioHub (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a private learning app for the students, parents, and teaching assistants of Dr. Ramy Fahmy, a tutor for IGCSE Biology, Human Biology, and Psychology. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your data, show advertising, or use your data for tracking across other apps or companies.
We use your information only to operate the tutoring service:

We share limited data only with providers that help run the app, and only so they can perform their service:
Many of our students are minors. Student accounts are created and used in connection with their enrollment with Dr. Ramy, and a parent or guardian can be linked to a student to view their child’s activity. We collect only the information needed to provide the tutoring service and do not use children’s data for advertising or tracking. A parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of their child’s data at any time by contacting us.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within the app (Profile → account settings) or by emailing us at the address below; we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access is restricted by role, and uploaded content is served through short-lived, signed links.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for optional features (such as WhatsApp reports). Contact us using the details below.
